Kim Kardashian is ballistic over Bret Lockett -- aka Tom Brady's teammate -- and if he doesn't admit he lied when he said he had an affair with her, she's hauling his big ass into court.
Kardashian has fired off a new demand letter to Lockett, obtained by TMZ, which warns him if he doesn't retract his allegations and cease from making fresh ones, his new position will be defendant on the left side of the courtroom.

Bret Lockett insisted yesterday that he and celebutante Kim Kardashian had a sexting fling even after the reality TV chick, who is engaged, threatened legal action and called Bret “a loser I’ve never met.”
“This is 100 percent true,” Lockett told the Track. “She knows she’s messed up by trying to deny anything. This was very real and it did happen.”
As you may have heard, In Touch Weekly reported Lockett’s alleged five-month flirtation with the Tinseltown temptress, who, BTW, is supposed to be walking down the aisle with New Jersey Nets forward Kris Humphries.
The Patriots third-stringer with the awesome abs reportedly copped Kim’s cell phone digits from his kid bro, Colin, who got them from Kardashian’s BFF Lauren London. Shortly thereafter, the celeb rag reported, Lockett began Keeping Up With the Kardashian! The two began chatting and texting and Kim, who had taken up with Humphries by then, was asking the UCLA alum to send a “sexy picture” of himself, according to In Touch. His response? “Be patient.”
In the letter, Kim's lawyer, Michael Kump, says, "To put it very plainly and clearly, and as Mr. Lockett knows, there is not now, and never has been such a relationship," adding, "Ms. Kardashian does not know and has never even met Mr. Lockett."
But in a letter to the magazine, Kim’s attorneys claim that In Touch got the 411 from a faux Lauren London. Hence, it isn’t reliable.
Lockett said he’s “more than a little upset” that Kardashian denies that she knows him.
“If she at least confessed to knowing me, I wouldn’t be so upset,” the budding MTV star said.
