Anne Hathaway has reportedly injured a stuntman on the set of The Dark Knight Rises. According to Fox News, the actress - who will take on the role of Catwoman for the final installment in the series - got carried away during a fight scene and accidentally left the stuntman with a black eye.

“Anne got a bit carried away during a fight scene and mistakenly shoved the butt of the gun right into the actor’s eye socket,” a source explained. “He came away with a massive black eye – Anne was mortified.”
Hathaway is said to have offered an apology to the man by giving him a silver pen engraved with the words: “Remember no-one packs a punch like Anne”.
The Dark Knight Rises recently issued a casting call for the roles of “victims and perpetrators” in the film.
It was revealed in April that part of the Dark Knight sequel would film in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Parts of the film will also be shot on location in India, in addition to scenes which have already been filmed in London. –DS
