(CNN) -- Lindsay Lohan allegedly violated her probation on a drunk driving conviction and must go before a judge Thursday morning for a probation violation hearing, a prosecution spokeswoman said.
Lohan is less than four weeks into home confinement for a necklace theft conviction from last month, but she now faces the possibility of a return to jail.
The actress will appear before Los Angeles County Superior Court Judge Stephanie Sautner at 10 a.m. Thursday, the same judge who sentenced Lohan to 120 days in jail in a May 11 hearing.
Lohan was allowed to serve her time in home confinement because of jail overcrowding, a spokesman for the Los Angeles County sheriff said.
