Jaguar Land Rover Plc plans to sell the equivalent of 1 billion pounds in pound- and dollar-denominated senior notes, according to a banker involved in the transaction.
The company is selling 500 million pounds and $400 million of bonds due 2018 and $400 million of notes due 2021, the banker said.
Citigroup Inc., Credit Suisse Group AG, JPMorgan Chase & Co. and Standard Chartered Plc are managing the sale.
